We're your local Volunteer Centre, finding you the best volunteering opportunities from across Bromsgrove and Redditch. Here we highlight the opportunities we've found this month, and bring you other volunteering news and updates.

​HOME FROM HOSPITAL VOLUNTEER​

Are you empathic and patient?
Age UK Wyvern are searching for Home from Hospital volunteers who will offer short term support following a stay in hospital, helping people regain their independence and confidence.

​CLIMATE AMBASSADOR

Do you have strong communication skills? Young Climate Warriors are looking for volunteers to deliver in-person assemblies so pupils can engage with climate change in a positive, age-appropriate, and honest manner.

​PUPPY RAISER​

Do you have a passion for dogs?
Guide Dogs is seeking volunteers to become Puppy Raisers. They will help train and socialise the puppies, introducing them to new environments and experiences, all while offering a nurturing home.

​bereavement volunteer

Are you compassionate and are good at listening?
Cruse Bereavement Support is looking for Bereavement Volunteers who are great listeners that can work with bereaved people to help them find solace.

Volunteer Centre Drop-in news!

Unfortunately we'll need to pause our Volunteer Drop-ins for a while, which happened on Tuesday afternoons whilst we relocate the office.

In the meantime though you can still contact us through our email or phone number, and if you feel you do need a face to face appointment we will do our best to arrange one.
